The 9,863 square foot luxury apartment in Juhu was purchased by Atman Innovations Pvt Ltd, a firm headed by Deep Trivedi.
The Lodha Avalon project is located on Juhu Tara Road, near Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow and across the road from actors Ajay Devgan and Kajol’s bungalow.
The total cost of the deal, including stamp duty and GST, came to nearly ₹129 crore.
