The office space has a seating capacity of around 3,000 people.
The company will pay a monthly rent of ₹2.9 crore for the leased office space.
The lease agreement commences on 1 January 2025.
The average rental rate in Sector 18, Gurugram stands at around ₹63 per square foot per month.
