NAREDCO Launches NextGen NCR Chapter to Empower Young Real Estate Leaders
In a significant move aimed at strengthening the future of the real estate sector, the NAREDCO NextGen NCR Chapter was officially launched, bringing together emerging leaders from across the National Capital Region to promote sustainable and responsible urban development. The launch took place during the NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen Excelerate 2026 event, where young developers, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals from key NCR cities including Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad, Bhiwadi, and Meerut participated alongside policymakers and experts.
The initiative is expected to provide a structured platform for next-generation leaders to actively engage in shaping the region’s rapidly evolving real estate landscape. The discussions at the event focused on critical areas such as urban development, finance, sustainability, innovation, and policy frameworks. Emphasis was laid on collaboration, knowledge exchange, and adopting global best practices to address the challenges of urbanisation.
Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman of NAREDCO, highlighted the importance of nurturing young talent in the sector, stating that the formation of the NCR chapter reflects the organisation’s commitment to empowering future leaders. He noted that as urbanisation accelerates, it becomes essential to equip young professionals with platforms that enable them to contribute to innovation, policy thinking, and responsible development.
NAREDCO President Parveen Jain underscored NCR’s importance as a major real estate hub, citing its scale, complexity, and consistent demand as key drivers of growth. He said the new chapter would ensure structured participation of young leaders, strengthening industry dialogue and encouraging more aligned and forward-looking development.
Echoing similar sentiments, Siddharth Jain, President of NAREDCO NextGen NCR, described the initiative as a timely step towards building leadership for the future. He emphasized that the platform would allow young professionals to collaborate, exchange ideas, and actively contribute to the sector while carrying forward the legacy of transparency and policy advocacy established by NAREDCO.
The newly announced leadership team includes Siddharth Jain as President, Nikhil Aggarwal as President Elect, Aashi Dua as Vice President (Policy), Mugdha as Vice President (Membership), Shivani Aggarwal as Vice President (Events), Muskan as Secretary, and Nakul Bajaj as Treasurer.
The chapter plans to organise leadership summits, panel discussions, study tours, and roundtable interactions with government bodies and regulators. These initiatives are aligned with NAREDCO’s broader vision of fostering innovation, ethical practices, and sustainable growth in the real estate sector.
Launched nationally in December 2021, NAREDCO NextGen serves as the youth wing of the National Real Estate Development Council. With its expansion into the NCR region, it aims to create opportunities for networking, learning, and leadership development while encouraging active participation in shaping future-ready urban ecosystems.
As one of the country’s largest economic and real estate hubs, NCR continues to play a vital role in infrastructure development, employment generation, and capital investment. The formation of the NextGen NCR Chapter is expected to further strengthen the region’s growth trajectory by empowering the next generation of real estate professionals to drive transparency, innovation, and sustainable urban development.
