Real Estate Maharashtra:The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Maharashtra has announced the fourth edition of HOMETHON Property Expo 2025, scheduled from September 26–28, 2025, at the JIO World Convention Centre, BKC, Mumbai. This edition will feature the launch of ‘Mr. HOMETHON,’ the official event mascot.

Designed as the friendly face of homebuying, Mr. HOMETHON will feature prominently across the entire marketing campaign — from digital and outdoor advertising to social media activations and on-ground interactions — making HOMETHON more relatable, engaging, and memorable for homebuyers.

The mascot is expected to be a key conversation starter, amplifying brand recall and creating an emotional connect with consumers who are looking to turn their homeownership aspirations into reality.

The announcement comes as over 50,000 homebuyers have already registered for HOMETHON 2025. This unprecedented response reflects the strong housing demand and growing trust that consumers place in NAREDCO Maharashtra’s efforts to curate credible developers and projects in a single, transparent platform.

Apart from the mascot, the HOMETHON Property Expo 2025 will be supported by an Integrated 360° Marketing Campaign with extensive use of print, outdoor, television, and digital media, with Mr. HOMETHON as the central character.

HOMETHON Property Expo 2025 will feature over 1,000 projects from top developers across Maharashtra, exclusive buyer schemes like no stamp duty or registration charges, and attractive home loan support from leading financial institutions.
