Nashik Property Registrations Jump 22% in a Week; Satpur Leads

By GeoSquare News Desk · Published 2026-10-27

Nashik's property market has recorded a sharp 22% week-on-week rise in registrations, with 1,850 deals closed in the last seven days. The surge comes as buyers look to complete transactions before revised circle rates take effect, according to registration data from Maharashtra's Inspector General of Registration.

Satpur and Ambad Lead the Way

Among micro-markets, Satpur and Ambad emerged as the top performers, together accounting for 340 property registrations during the week. These localities continue to attract end-users and investors due to their established social infrastructure and connectivity to the Nashik-Mumbai industrial belt.

Circle Rate Revision Spurs Buying

The uptick in registrations is largely attributed to the upcoming revision in circle rates, which will make property purchases costlier. Buyers are rushing to lock in transactions at the current rates, especially in mid-segment and affordable housing zones where the impact is expected to be significant.

Market Outlook

Nashik's registration momentum reflects sustained demand from both local homebuyers and investors eyeing the city's growth corridors. With infrastructure upgrades and industrial expansion underway, the city is likely to remain a key real estate destination in Maharashtra.
