Nashik Property Registrations Up 18% in Q3, Satpur Leads

By GeoSquare News Desk · Published 2026-10-11

Nashik's residential and commercial property market recorded an 18% year-on-year rise in registrations during the July-September quarter, according to data from the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registrations. The growth reflects sustained demand from end-users and investors, particularly in the city's emerging micro-markets.

Satpur and Ambad lead the way

The Satpur and Ambad zones together accounted for 40% of all transactions in Q3. This concentration is driven by the development of new office spaces and a steady supply of mid-income housing, making these localities a focal point for both occupiers and investors.

Connectivity infrastructure fuels demand

Market analysts attribute the uptick to improved connectivity, with the upcoming Nashik Metro Neo and the Samruddhi Mahamarg expected to significantly reduce travel times to Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra. These projects are enhancing the appeal of Nashik as a cost-effective alternative for homebuyers and businesses.

With infrastructure spending gaining momentum and affordability remaining favourable, Nashik's property market is likely to maintain its positive trajectory in the coming quarters. Buyers are advised to track micro-market trends, especially in Satpur and Ambad, for timely opportunities.
