The Naveen Nagpur project covers an area of around 1,710 acres (692 hectares).
The MoU was signed by KP Mahadevaswamy, Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC, and Sanjay Meena, IAS, Metropolitan Commissioner of NMRDA.
NBCC has been appointed as the project management consultant for the development of Naveen Nagpur.
710 acres of the total 1,710 acres are reserved for future expansion.
The project is expected to generate thousands of jobs, stimulate local and regional economies, and attract both domestic and international investments.
