The total value of the projects NBCC and Pantheon Elysee plan to develop in the UAE is Dh 3 billion.
The MoU was signed by Pradeep Sharma, ED (Engg) of NBCC, and Ali Abusafieh, Legal Director of Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC.
NBCC and Pantheon Elysee will develop high-quality residential, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects in the UAE.
NBCC has completed the India Pavilion in Dubai for the Dubai Expo 2020 at a cost of USD 46.8 million.
The partnership is expected to create numerous job opportunities and contribute to the economic growth of both countries by enhancing the living standards of the local population and attracting more tourists and investors to the UAE.
