The National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC), a state-owned entity, has been appointed as the project management consultant.
NBCC will oversee the completion of 16 housing projects by Supertech Ltd.
The estimated cost to complete these projects is nearly Rs 1,000 crore.
NBCC will be responsible for project planning, coordination, quality control, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
