NeoLiv has acquired 17.5 acres of land in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) to develop a housing project worth Rs 150 crore. The project will include around 180 plots and villas.
The new project is located in Khopoli, a part of the Panvel-Khalapur-Khopoli belt in the MMR, which is known for its improved connectivity and rapid development.
Mohit Malhotra is the founder and CEO of NeoLiv. He is a former MD and CEO of Godrej Properties and brings extensive experience in the real estate industry.
The total investment for the new housing project in Khopoli is Rs 150 crore.
NeoLiv has successfully completed its first project, 'NeoLiv Grand Park,' in Kundli-Sonipat, Haryana, and has also acquired a 12-acre land at Alibaug near Mumbai for a luxury housing project with a sales potential of Rs 400 crore.
