Ajoy Mehta was the previous chairman of MahaRERA, whose term is set to expire on September 20, 2023.
MahaRERA is the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority, a statutory body established under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).
