New Era for MahaRERA: Manoj Saunik Takes Charge as Chairman
Real Estate Maharashtra:Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has welcomed a new chairman, Mr. Manoj Saunik, who officially took charge last week. Saunik, Principal Advisor to the Maharashtra Chief Minister and former Chief Secretary of the State, succeeds Mr. Ajoy Mehta as the third Chairman of MahaRERA.

The oath of office was administered by Honourable Housing Minister Mr. Atul Save, after which Saunik took charge at MahaRERA's headquarters in Bandra Kurla Complex. MahaRERA members Mr. Mahesh Pathak and Secretary Dr. Vasant Prabhu greeted him with a flower bouquet, in the presence of Director (Compliance) Mr. Ramesh Pawar, Director (Registration) Mr. Vinod Chithore, Deputy Director (Complaint Management) Mr. Sudhakar Deshmukh, and other officials.

To commemorate the retirement of outgoing Chairman Mr. Ajoy Mehta, a special event was organised at the MahaRERA headquarters in Bandra-Kurla Complex. At the event, Saunik honoured Mehta with a shawl and ceremonial coconut. He also released a compilation titled \
