Under Mehta's leadership, MahaRERA has made significant progress, with over 46,000 projects registered and more than 15,000 projects completed, according to the data uploaded on MahaRERA's website.

MahaRERA has also received more than 25,000 complaints against real estate projects, with 17,000 complaints closed and hearings for around 8,000 complaints ongoing. The authority has also taken stringent actions against errant real estate agents, suspending the registration of over 20,000 agents in Maharashtra.
