Real Estate:NEW DELHI Nilkamal, a leading player in the furniture industry, has reported a significant 30.27% increase in its net consolidated profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. According to a BSE filing, the company's profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at Rs 32.62 crore, up from Rs 25.04 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

The company's net consolidated total income also saw a growth of 5.44% in Q2 FY25, reaching Rs 824.37 crore from Rs 781.85 crore recorded in the same quarter last year. As of September 30, 2024, Nilkamal's net worth was Rs 1,431.41 crore, and its debt-equity ratio was 0.22. The total debts to total assets ratio stood at 0.13, while the current liability ratio was 0.63. The company also reported an operating margin of 9.68% and a net profit margin of 3.97%.

In terms of capital expenditure, Nilkamal spent Rs 99 crore in Q2 FY25, bringing the total capital expenditure for the first half of FY25 to Rs 172 crore.
