Nimbus Group Invests Rs 1,000 Crore in Luxury Housing Project in Noida
Nimbus Group, a prominent realty firm, is set to invest Rs 1,000 crore in a luxury housing project named 'Arista Luxe' in Sector 168, Noida. The project will feature 342 apartments and is expected to boost the local real estate market.

Bipin Agarwal, the promoter of Nimbus Group, announced the development to reporters. He stated, “We are excited to develop a luxury housing project in Noida. The total investment for this project will be around Rs 1,000 crore.” The project will be built on a 10-acre site that was originally launched by Sunworld Residency Pvt Ltd in 2011-12.
Nimbus Group has taken over as a co-developer for this stalled project. Agarwal explained, “In the first phase, spread over 6 acres of land, around 600 units have already been delivered to customers. Now, we are developing four towers on a 4-acre land parcel.” The company will invest approximately Rs 500 crore in construction costs and will also clear the dues owed to the Noida Development Authority. Additionally, a portion of the funds will go towards the land cost to Sunworld.
The co-developer policy introduced by the Noida Development Authority has been instrumental in reviving stalled housing projects. Agarwal noted, “This policy will help in the completion of many stalled projects in the region.” The apartments in 'Arista Luxe' will be priced between Rs 4-8 crore, with an initial launch price of Rs 16,000-18,000 per square foot.
Agarwal is optimistic about the demand in Noida and Greater Noida. He stated, “The demand is steady in Noida and Greater Noida, and we will sell these apartments slowly to end-users.” Nimbus Group has a strong presence in the region, having developed numerous housing projects with a total of around 8,000 homes. The company is currently constructing several additional projects in Noida and Greater Noida.
