Nisus Finance has invested Rs 115 crore in the housing projects through its Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund-I (RESO-I).
The investment supports three high-value urban housing projects in Mumbai and Pune.
The projects span approximately 9.1 lakh square feet of carpet area.
The projects are projected to generate a topline exceeding Rs 1,100 crore.
The NIBM project in Pune features over 750 housing units spread across eight acres and is a large-scale residential project under the Unified DCPR.
