NKlusive Secures Major Real Estate Assets in Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru
Real Estate News:Kolkata: NKlusive, a real estate consultancy firm dealing with premium projects across India, has secured assets worth nearly Rs 3,000 crore under management in Kolkata. This amounts to just over a third of the new assets it signed for management across the country this year.

Manav Agarwal, the chief operating officer of NKlusive, stated, “NKlusive will market four premium and luxury projects, three in Kolkata and one on the banks of the Hooghly in Howrah, with a total project value of Rs 2,920 crore and built-up space of 21.8 lakh sq ft. This represents a 150% increase since last year when we managed Rs 1,200 crore worth of premium projects in Kolkata.”

The premium projects are priced between Rs 2 crore and Rs 6 crore, while the luxury projects are priced above Rs 6 crore. All units are sized over 3,000 sq ft. The largest deal is a premium project off EM Bypass near Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan opposite Science City, with an expected revenue of Rs 2,000 crore.

The next two marketing deals are for luxury projects worth Rs 600 crore off Camac Street-Ho Chi Minh Sarani and Rs 250 crore off Theatre Road and AJC Bose Road. Additionally, there is a Rs 70 crore premium project along the western bank of the Hooghly, near the Second Hooghly Bridge on Foreshore Road.

In the past 12 months, NKlusive secured assets worth Rs 8,123 crore and 67.3 lakh sq ft under management across India, with its strongest growth in Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.

In Hyderabad, NKlusive entered into a pact with developers to market 27 lakh sq ft with a market value of Rs 2,745 crore. The consultancy's growth is driven by strategic investments in Kollur, Mokila, Puppalguda, and Adibatla, reinforcing the city's status as a real estate hotspot amid infrastructure improvements and tech-led employment growth.

In Bengaluru, NKlusive's portfolio worth Rs 2,478 crore and comprising 21.8 lakh sq ft spans emerging micro-markets, including Sarjapur, Budigere Cross, Nandi Hills, and Hennur, reflecting rising demand for high-value residential and mixed-use developments.

Pawan Agarwal, MD of NKlusive, commented on the milestone, “The strong performance across our key markets demonstrates the confidence of investors and developers in NKlusive's expertise and India's resilient real estate fundamentals.
