The Lotus Panache project spans 164,000 square meters and was approved for 31 towers and 4,018 units.
The developer applied for revalidation of the building plan in February 2024, but the Noida Authority raised several objections and issued a detailed compliance list.
The Resolution Professional (RP) was appointed to manage the project's affairs during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
If the developer or RP fails to resolve the outstanding dues or secure necessary plan approvals within the stipulated period, legal steps may follow.
