The project, set to generate ₹4,200 crore in revenue, includes a 158-key Gateway hotel with stadium-view suites and a 30,000-seat international cricket-cum-football stadium.

The Omaxe State is a 50.4-acre integrated sports, retail, hospitality, and leisure hub being developed in Dwarka, Delhi, under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
The key features include a 158-key Gateway hotel with 40 stadium-view suites inside a 30,000-seat international cricket-cum-football stadium, and another 108 rooms in the adjoining premium club building.
The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) will manage a 250,000 sq. ft. members-only club, which will offer dining and lounge spaces, Olympic-standard swimming pools, spa and wellness zones, co-working spaces, sports arenas, and banqueting facilities.
The project is expected to generate ₹4,200 crore in lifecycle revenue and create significant employment opportunities across hospitality, retail, sports, and allied services.
The Omaxe State is slated for completion in 2027.
