Operation Real Loot: Unveiling a Multi-Crore Fraud by Renowned Real Estate Giant

Zee News has a strong track record of exposing companies that engage in fraudulent activities and deceive government agencies. Today, we are shedding light on a significant fraud committed by the M3M Group, a prominent real estate company based in Delhi-NCR, which has embezzled crores of rupees.

The M3M Group, known for its luxurious and high-value properties in the cyber city of Gurugram, has been involved in a scheme to purchase valuable land at a fraction of its actual value. This scheme not only violates a High Court order but also deceives government agencies, making it a serious case of financial fraud.

M3M India Private Limited, an NCR-based company, attempted to manipulate the court and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) by acquiring a 9.26-acre plot of land in Sector 62, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. This land was valued at Rs 534 crore ten years ago. In 2018, a stay was imposed on the land, making it unsellable and unpurchasable, and it could not be auctioned off.

Despite the legal restrictions, the M3M Group managed to auction the land, ignoring the High Court order. The land was sold at a significantly lower price, approximately Rs 234 crore less than its actual value. To execute this scheme, the M3M Group used a puppet company, which was set up and funded overnight to purchase the property. Zee News has obtained all the documents that detail this massive fraud, including the identities of the companies involved in the loan and the purchase of the land.

In 2018, the land was estimated to be worth Rs 564 crore, but it was purchased for around Rs 300 crore. Today, the value of that land has surged to around Rs 900 crore. To put this into perspective, a penthouse in the DLF Camellias project, located just 4 to 5 kilometers away, is priced at Rs 100 crore. This highlights the prime and expensive nature of the property and the magnitude of the fraud.

The M3M Group's actions not only violated the High Court's order but also deceived government agencies. Zee News will continue to release a series of exposes on all the frauds committed by the M3M Group, as part of Operation Real Loot. This series aims to uncover the truth and bring justice to those affected by the company's fraudulent activities.

Parvesh Vastyayan, a member of the Special Investigative Team at Zee Media, is leading the investigation. Stay tuned for more updates and revelations in this ongoing series.
