The seller is Capgemini Technology Services India Pvt Ltd, and the buyer is Prime Lohegaon Infraspaces LLP, a subsidiary of Panchshil Realty.
The acquisition includes 15.38 acres of land comprising five buildings at Capgemini Knowledge Park, located in the Thane Creek Industrial Area, Dighe, Thane.
