The seller is Capgemini Technology Services India Pvt Ltd, and the buyer is Prime Lohegaon Infraspaces LLP, a subsidiary of Panchshil Realty.
The land acquired is 15.38 acres, comprising five buildings at Capgemini Knowledge Park.
This acquisition marks a significant addition to Panchshil Realty’s expanding commercial portfolio and underscores the developer’s long-term bet on demand for Grade-A office parks.
The stamp duty paid for this transaction is ₹27.5 crore.
