The total value of the acquisition of Capgemini’s Knowledge Park in Airoli is ₹550 crore.
The acquisition includes multiple land parcels and buildings spread across 15.38 acres, comprising five commercial buildings, a training center, utility buildings, a visitors' plaza, three cafes, and a guest house.
Some of the companies operating in the Knowledge Park include Here Technologies, GEP, Atos Global IT Solutions & Services Pvt Ltd, and Solcen Technologies Pvt Ltd.
