The acquisition of Capgemini’s Knowledge Park in Airoli, Thane, near Mumbai, by Prime Lohegaon Infraspaces LLP, a subsidiary of Panchshil Realty, is valued at ₹550 crore.
The acquisition includes multiple land parcels and buildings spread across 15.38 acres. It comprises five commercial buildings, a training center, utility buildings, a visitors' plaza, three cafes, and a guest house.
Some of the companies operating in the Capgemini Knowledge Park include Here Technologies (Here Mumbai), GEP, Atos Global IT Solutions & Services Pvt Ltd, and Solcen Technologies Pvt Ltd.
In 2025, Panchshil Realty purchased real estate worth over ₹1,000 crore near Mumbai. Notably, Gramercy Info Park Pvt Ltd, an arm of Panchshil Realty, bought two industrial land parcels in Navi Mumbai's Ghansoli area for ₹615 crore.
Panchshil Realty is known for its luxury real estate developments, including a partnership with the Trump Organization to develop the Trump Towers in the Kalyani Nagar area of Pune. The project features two 23-story towers with 46 single-floor apartments each.
