PM Modi Directs RERA to Resolve Real Estate Complaints Satisfactorily
Real Estate News:VIJAYAWADA: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has directed that all the complaints received by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) should be resolved to the satisfaction of the complainants. “In the end, a letter of satisfaction should be taken from them. Steps should also be taken to bring all layouts and structures under the purview of RERA so that no injustice is done to the buyers,” the PM said during a video conference with chief secretaries of state governments on Wednesday.

Modi reviewed the progress of various national projects. He emphasized that the RERA Act should be implemented strictly. This is not just a regulatory authority, he said, but also “an organization that promotes real estate activities.” He further stated, “The semiconductor ecosystem should be enhanced in all states and good governance with transparency ensured.”

The Prime Minister reviewed the progress of the Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata National Highway NH-319B, which traverses Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal. He urged the chief secretaries of all states to ensure the expeditious implementation of national projects. He warned that delays could lead to increased construction costs.

To achieve this goal, courses on their construction will be introduced in ITIs,” he said.
