Pune, 11th July 2025: The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has introduced monthly targets for property tax inspectors to enhance revenue collection and tackle unauthorized property use across the city.

The new monthly targets for property tax inspectors in Pune include identifying and levying taxes on newly developed properties, documenting changes in property use, conducting inspections of commercialized spaces, and ensuring the recovery of pending dues.
The PMC is assigning these targets to enhance revenue collection, enforce compliance, and address the growing concerns over the misuse of properties in the city.
