Jatul Anand, currently a Function Head, has been designated as Executive Director (non-board member) and will take over responsibility for the Prime and Emerging Business segment, encompassing Sales, Credit, Product, and Collections.
Valli Sekar has been named Chief Business Officer – Affordable Business and will lead the Affordable Business vertical, covering core operational areas such as Sales, Credit, Product, and Collections.
Girish Kousgi's resignation will be effective from October 28, 2025, after the close of business hours.
Girish Kousgi will also relinquish his positions on the boards of PHFL Home Loans and Services Ltd. and PEHEL Foundation, both subsidiaries of PNB Housing Finance.
