The respondents include Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., Pune Urban Metropolitan Transport Authority, Pune Municipal Corporation, Commissionerate of Police, State of Maharashtra, and Urban Development Department.
The court has directed the PUMTA Chief to consider all the representations submitted by the petitioners and implement them to the maximum extent possible within two months.
