Preity Zinta Leases Luxury Pali Hill Apartment for Rs 6 Lakh Monthly
Bollywood actor Preity G Zinta has rented a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill neighbourhood in Bandra West. The actor has taken the property on a two-year lease, with the monthly rent starting at Rs 6 lakh, according to property documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix.
The apartment is located in the Art Veda building and measures around 1,500 sq. ft. The agreement also gives Zinta access to a 100 sq. ft. parking space. The property has been leased from MS Union Land and Building Society Ltd, and the leave-and-licence agreement came into effect on May 27, 2026.
According to the documents, Zinta will pay a monthly licence fee of Rs 6 lakh during the first year of the lease. The rent will rise to Rs 6.5 lakh per month for the second year. She has also reportedly paid a security deposit of Rs 27 lakh as part of the transaction. Neither Preity Zinta nor the landlord was available for comment on the deal.
Pali Hill remains one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential pockets, attracting film personalities, business leaders, and other high-profile residents because of its convenient location and privacy.
The rental agreement comes shortly after the actor completed two major property sales in the same locality. Earlier in 2026, Zinta sold an apartment in Pali Hill for Rs 18.50 crore. Property registration records showed that the apartment had been allotted to her in April 2025 after the redevelopment of her old residential building.
The sale marked her second property transaction in four months. In November 2025, Zinta had sold a 1,474 sq. ft. apartment on the 11th floor of the Rustomjee Parishram building for more than Rs 14 crore. She later sold another 1,770 sq. ft. apartment on the same floor. The deal, registered on March 2, 2026, was completed for Rs 18.50 crore. The buyers were identified in the documents as Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, US citizens of Indian origin.
The transaction involved stamp duty of Rs 1.11 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. CRE Matrix stated that the apartment had been allotted to Zinta as Permanent Alternate Accommodation under a redevelopment agreement between the housing society and developer Keystone Realtors, also known as Rustomjee. The arrangement was formalised through an agreement executed on October 23, 2023.
