According to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the property was sold to Vishal Kalyan Mirchanandi and the deal was registered on November 21, 2025, with a stamp duty of ₹16.47 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
It is reported that Preity Zinta is planning to reinvest in a new luxury home in Bandra, estimated to be worth around ₹100 crore.
