Prestige Estates Achieves Major Milestone with Over 1,700 Housing Units Sold in Hyderabad

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, a leading real estate firm, has announced the sale of over 1,700 housing units in Hyderabad for more than Rs 2,500 crore. This impressive feat reflects the strong demand for residential properties in the city.

In a regulatory filing, the company reported that its recently launched residential project, Prestige Golden Grove, has received an overwhelmingly positive response. Within just two weeks of its launch, the project achieved sales of over 1,700 units, translating to a total sales value exceeding Rs 2,500 crore. This robust early traction underscores the company's strategic positioning and the high quality of its offerings.

Prestige Golden Grove, spread across 29 acres, comprises 5,120 units. The project is expected to generate a total revenue of around Rs 9,500 crore for Prestige Estates. This milestone further solidifies the company's reputation as a leading player in the real estate market.

Bengaluru-based Prestige Group has a rich history of delivering high-quality projects. To date, the group has successfully completed 313 projects, covering 206 million sq ft. Currently, it has a pipeline of 128 projects, comprising 195 million sq ft. This extensive portfolio demonstrates the company's commitment to meeting the diverse needs of its customers.

During the last fiscal year (2025-26), Prestige Estates achieved a record sales booking of Rs 30,024.5 crore, representing a 76 per cent increase from the preceding year. A total of 11,692 units were sold during this period, highlighting the company's consistent growth and market leadership.
