Real Estate News:Prestige Group, a prominent Bengaluru-based real estate developer, is making significant strides in expanding its mall portfolio with new projects in key metropolitan areas.
The company is currently constructing a 2 lakh sq ft mall in Mumbai’s Mulund and is awaiting RERA approvals for a 1 million sq ft mall in Indirapuram, part of the Delhi-NCR region.
Muhammed Ali, the CEO of Prestige Group’s Retail division, shared these details in a recent interview.

Prestige Group has a robust pipeline of 8 million sq ft of mall space under construction across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
In Mumbai’s Mulund, the company is developing a 2 lakh sq ft mall that will feature over 25 restaurants and will primarily focus on the food and beverage (F&B) segment.
The mall is expected to open by 2028-2029.

Meanwhile, in Delhi-NCR, Prestige Group plans to construct a 1 million sq ft mall as part of the Prestige City township in Indirapuram.
The project is currently awaiting RERA approvals.
Ali mentioned that the company is also in the process of finalizing another mall project in Delhi-NCR but did not disclose further details.
Additionally, the company is eyeing the development of a 1 million sq ft luxury mall in a prime area of Mumbai, though specifics are yet to be revealed.

Prestige Group's retail expansion is not limited to just these two regions.
The company is also planning to launch three new malls in Hyderabad.
