The fire brigade received a distress call and promptly dispatched a team from the Kondhwa Khurd Fire Station to the scene.Upon arrival, the fire personnel found the man stuck on the exterior of Wing D of the building. The situation was quite precarious, as the individual was perched at a height of about thirty-five feet. The team acted swiftly, setting up a ladder and using safety equipment to secure the man. With the help of a safety belt and rope, they safely brought the individual down within 20 minutes.According to initial reports from locals, the man, aged 31, was not a resident of the building and was suffering from mental health issues.
