The ‘Bhu-Pranam’ center is a new initiative by the Maharashtra government that provides a wide range of land-related documents and services under one roof, making it easier for citizens to access these documents without multiple visits to different offices.
The first ‘Bhu-Pranam’ center is located in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune district.
The ‘Bhu-Pranam’ center offers 7/12 land extracts (Satbara), property mutation records and orders, color land maps, property register cards, and mutation register entries.
The first phase of the initiative will cover 30 districts across the state of Maharashtra.
Each ‘Bhu-Pranam’ center has been allocated ₹10 lakh by the state government to ensure professional and citizen-friendly service provision.
