Property owners who have consistently paid their property taxes on time are eligible for a 2% concession.
You can log into the PCMC’s official website, select the property tax payment option, and follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment.

The 10% discount is applicable for the full payment of property tax for the current financial year. Partial payments do not qualify for the discount.
