Pune Property Expo 2026 Showcases Diverse Real Estate Offerings
The 24th Pune Property Expo 2026, held at the Agriculture College Grounds, has given a significant boost to Pune’s residential and commercial real estate market. The three-day exhibition, which kicked off on January 16, 2026, brought together over 80 CREDAI-member developers and showcased more than 400 RERA-registered projects. This event is expected to provide prospective buyers and investors with a comprehensive insight into Pune’s rapidly evolving real estate ecosystem.
The event was formally inaugurated by Dr. Ganesh Natarajan, Chairman of 5F World, GTT Data, and Honeywell Automation India, and former CEO of Zensar Technologies. This underscores the growing intersection of technology and real estate development in the region. CREDAI Pune leadership, including President Manish Jain and Vice Presidents Arvind Jain, JP Shroff, and Nitin Nyati, highlighted the expo’s role in connecting developers, buyers, and financial institutions on a single platform.
The expo spans a diverse range of offerings, from affordable housing and luxury apartments to senior living, co-living, premium villas, NA plots, and Grade A commercial properties. Analysts note that this reflects Pune’s continued expansion as a multi-segment residential and commercial hub, supported by growing IT, manufacturing, and education-driven urbanization. A day prior to the expo, CREDAI Pune hosted D2C 3.0, India’s largest developer–channel partner networking initiative, which drew over 1,000 participants. The conclave focused on market trends, AI-driven sales analytics, and strategies to enhance developer-partner collaboration, highlighting the increasing role of technology and data in real estate decision-making.
“Visitors are presented with a truly comprehensive showcase of Pune’s real estate market,” said a CREDAI Pune representative. “With developers adhering to both CREDAI and MahaRERA regulations, the expo assures credibility, ethical business practices, and high standards for both residential and commercial offerings.”
The exhibition also provides on-site home loan assistance, promotional offers, and interactive sessions for buyers to make informed investment decisions. Organizers anticipate footfalls to exceed last year’s 18,000 visitors, demonstrating sustained interest in Pune’s property market despite ongoing affordability and pricing pressures in urban micro-markets. For Pune, the expo represents more than a sales platform; it reflects the city’s urban growth trajectory and investor confidence in infrastructure-led development corridors such as Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Baner, and PCMC-adjacent zones.
Market observers note that events like these accelerate buyer engagement, improve transparency in project offerings, and provide real-time visibility into emerging trends such as co-living, senior housing, and mixed-use developments. The Pune Property Expo 2026 continues until January 18, 2026, running from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, positioning itself as a key touchpoint for real estate stakeholders in Maharashtra.
