The incident that sparked the kidnapping and wrongful confinement case against Vishal Agarwal and his father was a fatal Porsche crash incident in Kalyani Nagar, Pune, on May 19.
Vishal Agarwal has been remanded in fresh police custody for two days.
Agarwal and others have been booked under Indian Penal Code sections 420 (cheating) and 409 (criminal breach of trust), as well as provisions of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act.
