K Raheja Corp paid ₹195 crore for the 7.43-acre land parcel.
The land has a development potential of 1.51 lakh sq metres (16.28 lakh sq ft), translating to a saleable area of around 17 lakh sq ft.
K Raheja Corp’s subsidiary purchased the land from Pune-based Mahalunge Real Estate Developers Pvt Ltd.
In June 2025, Godrej Properties acquired a 14-acre land parcel in the Kharadi-Wagholi area. In February 2025, Westcon Space Private Limited purchased around four hectares of land in Pune's Wagholi area for ₹129 crore. In January 2025, Casagrand Millenia Private Limited purchased a land parcel in Pune's Wagholi for ₹126.04 crore.
