The committee includes prominent industry leaders such as Sh. Deepak Garg (Chairperson), Sh. Rupinder Singh Chawla (Vice-chairman), and other members from leading real estate companies in Punjab.
The committee's recommendations are expected to enhance the real estate market in Punjab, making it more attractive for both domestic and international investors by fostering a conducive environment for growth and development.
The committee is expected to submit its written recommendations within six weeks of the issuance of the notification.
The Member Secretary, Sh. Amarinder Singh Malhi, ACA, GMADA, will provide support to the committee, coordinate meetings, and maintain the minutes of proceedings.
