Purushottam Singh, a 32-year-old resident of Kotkapura in Punjab, was arrested.
The shooting took place outside a gym on Jassa Singh Road in Jaipur.
The victim is Ashish Gupta, a 50-year-old real estate businessman.
The police found that Purushottam Singh conducted a reconnaissance of the neighborhood and helped the shooters escape after the attack.
