Vidhani leads the Insolvency & Restructuring and Dispute Resolution practices. His experience spans insolvency proceedings, arbitration, shareholder conflicts, and cross-border enforcement actions across the Asia-Pacific region. Before founding Quadra Legal, Vidhani practiced at Wadia Ghandy & Co, Khaitan & Co, and Chandhiok & Mahajan.

Venkataraman heads the corporate practice, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate advisory. Before founding Quadra Legal, Venkataraman practiced at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Chandhiok & Mahajan.

Zunjarrao leads the Real Estate practice, with extensive experience in title due diligence and large-scale land acquisition and aggregation in Maharashtra. His expertise includes agricultural and non-agricultural land, multi-village aggregations, and development mandates for villa, hospitality, industrial, and institutional land bank projects. He also advises on the drafting and negotiation of real estate transaction documents, including joint development agreements, development agreements, development management agreements, agreements for sale, conveyance deeds, and lease deeds. Prior to founding Quadra Legal, Zunjarrao practiced at Legasis Partners and Khaitan & Co, and then founded Zunjarrao & Co, a boutique real estate law firm.

Samiksha Sisodiya has also joined Quadra Legal as a Partner. She brings extensive experience in private equity, venture capital investments, and general corporate advisory across various sectors. Sisodiya previously worked at Chandhiok & Mahajan and K LAW, among other law firms.
