The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Real Estate businessman Kamlesh Kumar in Ranchi under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Kamlesh Kumar was arrested for his alleged involvement in a land scam case and money laundering under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
The ED recovered ₹1 crore in cash and 100 rifle bullets from Kamlesh Kumar's rented flat during the raid on June 21.
Kamlesh Kumar received six summonses from the ED before his arrest on Friday night.
Kamlesh Kumar is currently lodged in Birsa Munda Central Jail in Hotwar under judicial custody.
A hearing regarding Kamlesh Kumar's remand has been scheduled for Monday, where the ED will request further custody to facilitate additional questioning.
