The Cyberabad police have arrested two individuals involved in a real estate investment scam, promising high returns on investments in fake land deals in Hyderabad.

The name of the real estate firm involved in the scam is Subhodayam Infra Pvt Ltd.
The complainant and others deposited approximately Rs. 3 Crores 16 Lakhs in the buyback scheme.
The case was registered at PS EOW, Cyberabad.
The Cyberabad EOW Police advise the public not to invest or deposit money in such buyback schemes involving land and to report any suspicious investment schemes or real estate transactions to the authorities.
The case is being investigated by Inspector J. Venkateswarlu of the Economic Offences Wing Police Station, Cyberabad, supervised by Deputy Commissioner of Police K. Prasad, EOW, Cyberabad.
