This policy applies to data services provided by GeoSquare.in, including real estate analytics, market insights, and access to public auction notices. GeoSquare does not conduct auctions — we publish publicly available lender notices.
General Policy
Due to the nature of digital data services, refunds are generally not offered once data has been accessed or delivered, except as noted below.
Exceptions
- Billing errors — incorrect or duplicate charges due to system error.
- Service unavailability — extended downtime caused by technical issues on our end.
- Incorrect data — data materially inconsistent with the description at purchase.
Refund Process
Contact support@geosquare.in within 7 days with account details, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
