As of the latest data, the combined AUM of REITs and InvITs in India stands at around Rs 9 lakh crore.
There are five listed REITs and five publicly listed InvITs in India, with 23 InvITs privately listed.
Industry bodies project that the combined AUM of REITs and InvITs could reach Rs 25 lakh crore by 2030.
