Residents have raised concerns about the poor construction quality of the flats and common facilities, including issues with structural integrity, common amenities, and parking areas.
RERA has ordered an inspection of the flats by a team of its engineers and directed the DDA to address the construction quality issues and submit a report within six weeks.
The complex consists of 11 towers housing 1,130 luxury flats, including 14 penthouses, 170 Super High-Income Group (HIG) flats, and 946 HIG flats.
The DDA claims that the issues raised by the residents have been resolved and that any remaining issues are being addressed promptly. They also mentioned that sewer blockages are due to improper disposal of construction waste by residents.
RERA had previously asked the DDA to set up a panel to look into the residents' grievances and submit a report on the actions taken within a month.
