Rohit Sharma’s Wife Ritika Sajdeh Buys ₹26 Crore Flat in Mumbai: All You Need to Know

Rohit Sharma’s wife, Ritika Sajdeh, has made headlines with her recent purchase of a ₹26.30 crore flat in Mumbai. According to a report by SquareYards, the apartment is situated in the upscale Ahuja Towers in Prabhadevi.

The documents reviewed on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) at https://igrmaharashtra.gov.in reveal that Ritika Sajdeh paid a duty payment of ₹1.31 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000 for the transaction, which took place in December 2025.

Ritika Sajdeh's new apartment boasts a carpet area of 2,760.40 sq. ft. (256.45 sq. m.) and comes with a total of three car parking spaces. Neither Rohit Sharma nor Ritika Sajdeh has publicly disclosed details about the purchase. However, Hindustan Times reported that the apartment was acquired from Ajinkya DY Patil and Puja Anjinkya Patil.

Interestingly, Rohit Sharma also owns a flat in the same building. The 37-year-old Indian cricketer's apartment is located on the 29th floor of Ahuja Towers, offering a stunning 270-degree view of the Arabian Sea. According to Housing.com, this luxury apartment is valued at ₹30 crore and spans 6,000 square feet.

Prabhadevi, the location of the new flat, is a well-connected and prestigious area in Mumbai. It is known for its superior infrastructure and upscale environment, making it a preferred address for high-net-worth individuals.
