Shreegopal Kabra, Managing Director of RR Kabel, commented on the results, stating, “RR Kabel has delivered its highest-ever quarterly and half-yearly revenues, despite overall moderate volume growth. The Wires & Cables business in the domestic market achieved strong double-digit volume growth, while the FMEG segment recorded solid revenue performance. We are optimistic about margin improvements in the second half of the year, with our capital expenditure (capex) plans progressing as scheduled and expected to be completed by the fiscal year-end.”

The board of directors of RR Kabel declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share, representing a 50% dividend on the equity shares of face value Rs 5 each for the financial year 2024-25.
