The value of the land deal in the scam is approximately Rs 14 crore.
The alleged deal took place at the Bisht family's government residence in Gulistan Colony, Lucknow.
The other family members involved in the scam include Aparna Yadav, her mother Ambi Bisht, and her father Arvind Singh Bisht.
An FIR has been registered against Chandrashekhar Singh Bisht, and his mother Ambi Bisht has also been booked by the Vigilance Department in connection with a land allotment scam.
