Real Estate:Rustam Mulla, the Managing Partner of Desai Desai Carrimjee & Mulla (DDCM), has made a strategic move to join Veritas Legal as a Senior Partner. Mulla is a fourth-generation Advocate & Solicitor with nearly three decades of experience. He has developed a strong expertise across various areas of law, particularly in Real Estate and General Corporate matters. His practice also extends to high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, making him a valuable asset to any legal team.

In addition to his legal practice, Mulla serves as an accredited Independent Director with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and currently serves on the board of listed and private limited companies. He has also been an Honorary Legal Advisor to the Jai Vakeel Foundation since 2001, demonstrating his commitment to social causes and community service.

Mulla's career began in 1997 as a Solicitor Associate with Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, where he served as a Partner from 2001 to 2008. In 2008, he co-founded and became the Managing Partner of DDCM, a position he held until his recent move to Veritas Legal.
